Who you are buying from

ChopMart (Infogami), Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our contact details are on the contact page. Placing an order means you accept what is on this page.

Prices

Vegetable prices move with the market, so ours change most mornings. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order, and it is written into your bill at that moment — a later change does not alter an order already placed.

Weights and preparation

Pre-cut vegetables are prepared after you order, not in advance. Each pack is made up to the weight you chose, measured after preparing — so a 500 g pack of chopped onion is 500 g of chopped onion, not of whole onion.

Vegetables are not machined parts. A pack may vary slightly either way because a gourd cannot be cut to the gram, and whole vegetables are sold by approximate size.

Availability

Everything depends on what the market had that morning. If something you ordered is not available we will tell you on WhatsApp before delivering, and you will not be charged for it.

Delivery

We deliver around Naranpura and nearby parts of Ahmedabad. If your address falls outside the area we cover we will tell you rather than quietly cancelling.

Please make sure somebody can take the bag. If nobody is there we will call the number on the order.

Payment

Cash on delivery, for every order. We take no payment in advance, and we will never ask you for card, UPI or bank details — by message, on the phone, or at the door. If anybody asks you for them in our name, it is not us.

Changing or cancelling

Message us on +91 73832 10400 as soon as you can. Up to the point where your bag is packed we can change or cancel anything. After that, cut vegetables cannot go back on the shelf, so we may not be able to.

If something is wrong

Tell us the same day and we will replace it on the next delivery or take it off your bill. Fresh produce does not keep, so we cannot help with a complaint raised days later.

Your account

Keep your phone and your sign-in code to yourself: anyone with the code can order to your saved address. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used your account.

We may close an account used to place orders nobody intends to accept.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away the rights Indian consumer law gives you.
