What ChopMart collects, why, and who else sees it.

The short version

We collect what we need to bring vegetables to your door and nothing else. We do not sell your details, we do not advertise to you, and there is no tracking on this site.

We never ask for card, UPI or bank details, because every order is paid in cash on delivery.

What we collect

  • Your phone number, when you sign in. We send a one-time code to it over WhatsApp to check it is yours.
  • Your name and email address, if you choose to sign in with Google. Google tells us those two things and nothing more.
  • Your delivery address — house, road, landmark, area and pincode — and any note you add to an order.
  • Your orders: what you bought, the price on the day, and how the order progressed.

A small cookie keeps you signed in between visits. It holds nothing but your session, and removing it simply signs you out.

Why we keep it

Your address is saved so you do not retype it every week; the most recent one fills the form in. Your order history is kept so you can look back at what you ordered and what it cost, and so we can settle any question about a past delivery.

Who else sees it

  • WhatsApp (Meta) — your phone number and the contents of the messages we send you: your sign-in code, and your order confirmation with its bill.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, and only to confirm who you are.
  • Whoever delivers your order sees your name, phone number and address, because they cannot find you otherwise.

That is the complete list. Nobody buys this information from us and nobody is given it for advertising.

Tracking

There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts following you between sites. The only cookie this site sets is the one that keeps you signed in.

Asking us to delete it

Message us on +91 73832 10400 and we will delete your account, your saved address and your order history. We may keep a plain record of past sales where the law requires it, with your address removed.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

Changes

If we start collecting something new, this page changes before we do it.
